Chocolate Protein Mug Cake

Here it is! My famous chocolatey protein-rich treat in a mug. ☺️

It’s perfect for those times when you have a major chocolate craving but you also want something with substance to last. With protein and fiber, it’s a yummy balanced treat!

Chocolate Complete Protein Mug Cake

Ingredients:

1 pouch or scoop of Juice Plus Chocolate Complete protein powder

1 tbsp cocoa powder

1 tbsp flour

1/2 tsp baking powder

1 egg white

1 small packet of monk fruit sweetener (or your favorite sweetener/stevia/sugar)

1/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk

Instructions:

Mix well in a mug and microwave for 90 seconds. Then enjoy!
