I love having these little snack bites around when I want something sweet, but healthy.
They are made with Juice Plus Complete and while you can use any other protein powder, I cannot vouch for the taste if you do! If you want to snag a sample of Complete to make this recipe, just send me a message – Iād love to toss one your way!
Cookie Dough Protein Balls
Ingredients:
1 1/3 cup almonds
2/3 cup rolled oats
1 scoop Juice Plus Complete
5 tbsp honey (plus more to achieve the right consistency)
1/3 cup chocolate chips
Instructions:
Blend almonds and oats together in blender or food processor until you reach a coarse flour.
Add the Complete and honey and blend again. Keep adding drizzles of honey until it starts to clump a little. You want it to look like it will stick together if you were to squeeze it into a ball.
Move the mixture to a mixing bowl and fold in your chocolate chips.
Scoop out 2 tbsp and form into ball with your hands.
Feel free to pop a few in your mouth – no one will know! š
