Every Sunday morning, Tim makes these banana pancakes for us and it just never gets old. While I wish you could join us on our lazy Sunday mornings, the next thing I can do is share the recipe with you. 🙂 Enjoy!

Ingredients
3/4 cup milk
2 tbsp vinegar
1 egg
1/2 tsp almond extract
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 banana, mashed
2 tbsp melted butter, cooled
1 cup flour
2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
Combine milk, vinegar, egg, extracts and banana together. Add cooled melted butter a little at a time. In a separate bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix gently. Cook on a griddle top set at 350 degrees or a frying pan. Flip when small bubbles appear on top.
