  • 1.5 cups rolled oats
  • 1 banana, mashed
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 tbsp ground flaxseed
  • 2 scoops of protein powder
  • 1/3 cup chocolate chips

  1. Mix all ingredients except for the chocolate chips. Line an 8x8 pan with wax paper and press the mixture into the pan with your fingers. (I use a square of wax paper between my fingers and the mixture.
  2. Melt the chocolate chips and drizzle over the mixture in the pan. Set in the refrigerator or freezer for about 20 minutes until firm enough to slice. Cut into 10 planks and store in the fridge.
